Dear Colleagues,
Some staff who have been migrated to the new network have reported that they are unable to access Webkiosk on their desktop. We have technical staff working on the problem however we are unable to provide a resolution timeframe at present.
To assist staff who are experiencing this problem and require urgent access to Webkiosk two suggested workarounds are in place:
1) If you have Citrix set up on your computer, please connect to the Citrix Neighbourhood and choose the “UNE Desktop” application. Once the desktop has launched, try Webkiosk through Internet Explorer in Citrix.
2) Alternatively, Webkiosk access is available on the computers in the computer lab 1 in the IT Building. The IT Lab can be found on the 1st floor of the IT Building – go up the steps and make your way to the back of the building to use the computers in LAB 1 – they are already set up with the Webkiosk login screen and are ready to use.
