Our first school in South Australia was St Joseph’s School in Clare. Principal Peter Shearer began using the QuickSmart numeracy program in 2008 after spending time at the SiMERR National Research Centre.

Since that time, because of the efforts of many educators, the influence and impact of QuickSmart programs has grown throughout South Australia and across Australia. How many QuickSmart numeracy and literacy schools in South Australia in 2013? Close to 200!

How many schools have implemented QuickSmart programs since the research began in 2001? Over 1,200 QuickSmart schools — influencing more than 12, 000 Australian students!
