We are currently addressing login difficulties that some schools are experiencing with the QuickSmart Portal and Website. These issues stem from a server failure that occurred on Tuesday morning at the UNE.
While our servers have been restored and are operational, some users continue to encounter access problems. The University’s IT Team is working to resolve these remaining connectivity issues.
We sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause to your educational programs. As a temporary measure, you may wish to adjust today’s lessons to exclude the QBSA component until full service is restored.
