Is OZCAAS still prompting you to download the most current version even if you’ve updated it?
Is this annoying screen appearing, even if you’ve done everything you’ve been asked to do? (open article to see images)
Fear not – it’s an easy fix!
If you have successfully installed OZCAAS 4.0.9.2 but it’s still asking you to update, do the following:
Step 1. Open OZCAAS by clicking the desktop icon
Step 2. On the Module Menu, click the Password button under Licence
Step 3. Insert Licence Password (You can find this in the Private area underneath the OZCAAS installation link)
