We have now sent out all the QuickSmart OCAAS renewal agreements to all schools whose licence expires at the end of 2017. The agreements were went via email on 25th October.

Where did we send it?
The email was sent to the contact detail(s) we have for your school. You can look for your agreement in: school admin email, principal’s email or QuickSmart Coordinator’s email. If you cannot locate your agreement, send us an email on quicksmart@une.edu.au or call 02 6773 2983 and we can resend a copy.

What do we do now?
If you wish to renew: Sign and return all pages via email to us. An invoice will be sent in 2018.
If you do not wish to renew: There is no need for you to do anything. Your licence will expire automatically.

If you haven’t received an agreement, chances are your licence is valid. You can easily check this in your school’s dashboard account. Look at the expiry date for the Literacy/Numeracy Private Area on the front page in the green box.
