Please be advised that if OZCAAS has started a countdown timer (or has stopped working), it means that you are currently not using the 2022 version of the application and you will need to update it. The 2021 version of OZCAAS will stop working on 14/04/2022.
To update the program, click into the OZCAAS section of the Private Area in the QuickSmart Portal (https://qso.une.edu.au/) and follow the download instructions carefully.
If you do not see the Private Area, it means that your school’s licence has expired. To renew your licence, please fill out and submit the first form on this page: https://simerr.une.edu.au/quicksmart/renewal-forms/
You can check when your school’s license is due to expire through the following steps:
- Log in to your QuickSmart Portal account: https://qso.une.edu.au/
- Click on “Institution List” in the left-hand side menu
- In the “Actions” column on the far right, click on the blue “linked applications” icon.
- Click on the relevant application tab (OZCAAS Numeracy Licence and/or OZCAAS Literacy Licence)*.
- The expiry date will be listed in the third column.
