We are happy to announce that the main issue affecting the University’s QuickSmart servers has now been resolved, and schools can now proceed with post-testing their 2023 students with QBSA. Additionally, pre-testing 2024 students with QBSA can now also proceed.
Please note that QuickSmart Portal and QBSA activity will be closely monitored by our IT Team, however, if any issues are encountered, please report these directly to quicksmarthelp@une.edu.au. If issues occur during post-testing, please include this information in the comments section when you submit your report request.
Please also note that you may need to clear your browser cache before proceeding with testing. Please contact your school’s IT support if you require assistance with this.
