Following on from our blog post on 15/11/2023 regarding the network issues affecting the QuickSmart Portal and QBSA, the University’s IT Department have granted us a special virtual testing window this morning (16/11/2023) between 9am and 11am NSW time.

If you have recently experienced disconnections with the Portal and/or slow response times with QBSA, could you please let us know via quicksmarthelp@une.edu.au whether or not you continue to experience them this morning (16/11) between 9am and 11am NSW time? The testing environment will be removed after that time.
