Check out the range of bilingual dictionaries at Oxford Reference Online.  You can access the popular Pocket Oxford, Pocket Modern Oxford and Oxford-Hachette Dictionary Series (German, Spanish, Latin, Irish Italian and French) as well as the Oxford Business Dictionary Series (French, English, Spanish).

The Oxford Dictionaries site offers free access to English, Spanish, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi and Indonesian dictionaries.

At Collins Dictionary Online you can access English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Portugese and Hindi dictionaries.

The Naver English Dictionary (bilingual) provides word definitions, synonyms, antonyms, and idiomatic uses in word search results. Includes contextual examples–specific references to news sources on the web or elsewhere with the context of the word explained. Many of the results also have audio pronunciations.  Languages covered include:  English, Korean, Hanja, Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Vietnamese, Nepali, Mongolian, Burmese, Swahili, Arabic, Uzbec, Bahasa Indonesia, Cambodian, Thai, Tetum, Persian, Hindi, Modern Greek, Ancient Greek, Dutch, Latin, Russian, Romanian, Swedish, Albanian, Ukrainian, Italian, Gruziya, Czech, Turkish, Portuguese, Polish, Finnish, Hungarian and Ancient Hebrew.

Japanese: Sanseido Web Dictionary: this site allows you to do a simultaneous search of three dictionaries: a kokugo (Japanese language), ei-wa (English-Japanese), and a wa-ei (Japanese-English), all “Daily Concise” editions published by Sanseido. To use, you will need Japanese fonts on your computer.
