UNE Law’s Dr Sharl Marimuthu recently published an insightful article titled “Corporate Governance and Shareholders’ Confidence in Cooperative Corporations: A Systematic Literature Review”. A cooperative corporation is an organisation whose purpose is to enhance its members’ economic value in line with cooperative goals. Dr Marimuthu’s research focused on Malaysia and how cooperative corporations play a critical part in the Malaysian economic system.
