We’re all consumers, but what happens when businesses overstep the line and mislead us? You’ll learn about the Australian Consumer Law regime under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) from a consumer’s perspective. There is also an analysis of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and the frisson of excitement it has caused in commercial law.
