Exam periods are probably the most daunting and stressful time for students. As this is the case here are some tips to help you navigate your way through this nerve-wracking period:
- Check your exam date, time (morning or afternoon) and venue
- Visit the venue before the first exam, if possible.
- Check whether your exam is Open Book, Closed Book, Take-home
- Every unit may be different
- Law Exam Preparation Resources
- Look for the ‘Law Student Resources’ on the left side-menu on Moodle
- Each School of Law exam type has information relating to ‘Strategies and Common Problems’
- General support for exams
- Academic Skills Office (ASO) have general exam preparation information (link below) – applicable to all units/disciplines
- UNE Counsellors have excellent tip sheets (link below) for dealing with stress and managing time leading up to and during exams
