Your personal development will be closely supported by a dedicated Senior Mentor who will broaden your perspective of our business and industry, as well as guide you through the challenges you may encounter during your rotations. Federation Centres’ Graduate Program will offer technical and leadership courses that are designed to build your capability and knowledge and expand upon your undergraduate studies. You will also participate in corporate projects and community initiatives.
At Federation Centres we are committed to fostering a culture where our people are engaged, passionate and valued. Success with our people will lead to success with our customers, shareholders and the communities we serve. We aim to lead our industry in the way we do business by working together with shared purpose and belief; and tackling challenges to create long-term sustainable solutions. Our people are responsive, intuitive and adaptive; ‘doing what we say’ by delivering on our promises.
We are seeking aspiring future leaders – people who thrive on constant challenge, take initiative and who are eager to learn and develop their skills and capabilities.
If you think you have the drive, the ambition and the ‘smarts’ to think outside the box; to make an impact at Federation Centres and in the local communities we serve, then we warmly encourage your application.
The closing date for applications is Monday 2nd September 2013. To apply please submit your resume, immediately after which you will be required to answer a short questionnaire that will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. We will host assessment centres in Melbourne in mid-September for applicants who best meet our selection criteria.
