We spoke with 3 researchers as they took part in an executive leadership camp at the University of New England. The training is a part of the John Allwright Fellowship Executive Leadership program (JAFeL) funded by the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) which delivers leadership and management skills to international agricultural scientists doing their HDR degrees in Australia. Their research contributes to the knowledge base of some of the world’s most important challenges including food security, disease control and sustainable production. This video features Lemuel Peciados and Desi Utami, both currently studying at University of Queensland, Australia and Enkh-Orchlon Lkhagvadorj studying at The Australian National University.
