The Trimester 1 exam period has concluded with just over 10,000 supervised exams held between 16 May and 15 June (there are a number of Health and Pharmacy exams held early)

The Exams & eAssessment team processed more than 3,350 special assessment applications so far for Trimester 1. This is expected to pass 4,000 applications by the time results are released.

The main reason for special assessment applications has been for illness or medical reasons:

Post exam test taker survey results for the last month are in line with previous trimesters (and above the ProctorU average for all measurements).

Results Submission to Callista

A reminder that results are due to be submitted into Callista by 3pm this Tuesday 21st June. Results will be released to students by Friday 24th June. Administrative Services staff can assist teaching staff with uploading results if required. Please direct any unresolvable issues to the Exams & eAssessments Team on 02 6773 2145 or via results@une.edu.au

OLX support for Unit Coordinators

Following on from feedback received, we plan to increase the levels of support provided to unit coordinators in building and facilitating online exams in Trimester 2.

Key to this will be our ‘exam request’ survey that will be sent to relevant academic staff in the next few weeks. Your responses to the survey will direct the scheduling of your exam, the conditions under which it is held and the assistance that we can send your way.
