2023 Staff Wall Planner – Print Packs
2023 Staff Wall Planner print packs are now available – read on for what’s included and how to get your hands on them:
Distribution
In order to distribute the planner packs to staff most effectively, we have joined forces with Admin Services, who will be coordinating distribution across staff areas. For most staff, this means you won’t need to do anything – the Admin Services colleague in your area will be coordinating with us and your planner pack will be delivered to you in the next few days.
If you don’t have Admin Services colleagues in your area, or if you’re someone who loves coffee and chats with your stationery, DigEd staff will be hosting pickup points in Bool, so you can pick up a planner pack along with your morning coffee.
Our staff and packs will be available from 8.30am-10.30am at the cafe in Booloominbah on the following days:
- Wednesday 1st Feb
- Thursday 2nd Feb
- Friday 3rd Feb
While planner packs will be distributed to other key staff hubs such as UNE Sydney, we are not able to post individual planner packs to staff. If you work remotely, your area may be able to arrange postage to you, or alternatively you can access the Digital Planner Packs (see below).

What’s in the pack?
2023 Wall Planner
An A2 format planner that runs for the full academic year – Feb 2023 to Feb 2024. The planner includes not only the primary Principal Dates and public holidays for the year but a range of other key dates for learning, teaching and administration. We’ve kept these dates to the sidebar in order to leave maximum space and ability to customise on the planner itself, and you can use the stickers and highlighters (see below) to mark up the dates that are important to you.
2023 Additional Dates card
To tailor your planner even more, we’ve also included a postcard of additional dates for various committees – you can choose the ones relevant to you and use the stickers or highlighters to mark them on your planner. Also a handy reference to know when other committees are meeting.
Sticker sheet
A sheet of custom printed stickers to let you mark the things that are important to you on your planners. The stickers include:
- Sets of acronyms to mark meeting dates for committees (FEC, SEC, Academic Board, Course Advisory Boards, consultative groups and more…!)
- OLX stickers – for staff with exams in their units to mark setup due dates, scheduled exam dates and more
- Rocket stickers for staff to mark the dates their units are scheduled for Project Uplift
- A range of symbols and blank stickers for general use – use them for anything else you might need to mark on your planners (or anything else, for that matter…!)
Set of highlighters
Complete with the myLearn logo, this pack of highlighters allows you to mark up your planners (and your documents, readings, meeting papers and more…!) in three different colours. The highlighters are a convenient mini size and are made from wax, not ink, so they’ll never dry out or smell odd. This is a limited edition inclusion only available for 2023.

If you prefer to work digitally and/or don’t want to wait for hard copies, you can download the digital planner pack components as PDF files. If you use Adobe Acrobat and want to get the same customisable experience in digital format, you can download the set of sticker files as a stamp pack to import as custom stamps – instructions available here.

Looking for student planners?
Student Experience produces annual A3 wall planners for students, and are working on final iterations for their 2023 planner now. A digital asset should be available for download by the end of January and will be announced and available through the Insiders’ Guide blog.
Due to environmental and resourcing reasons, there will not be a print run of the 2023 Student Experience Wall Planners. Staff teams who make use of these for planning purposes are encouraged to arrange a group print run through the Printroom, or can access the staff wall planner above. Residential students, and students connected with Oorala Aboriginal Centre will receive a tailored hard copy of the wall planner, with dates and support info banners specific to their needs.
