The BBRG has just completed its second IT Club for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. These IT Clubs are jointly funded by Family and Community Services (NSW) and UNE, and hosted on the UNE Armidale campus. BBRG staff run and manage the Club and we are very grateful to the young people and their parents for supporting the Club.

The issue of social interaction difficulties is central to ASD and these Clubs show that improvements can be made by participants, thus increasing their study and employment opportunities. The BBRG is delighted to be active in this community-based research that is of a practical benefit to young people with ASD.
