Publication Policy
AFBM is on the Register of Refereed Journals maintained by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR), Higher Education Research Data Collection (HERDC).
AFBM offers a publication venue for scientists working in the area of farm business management and the related areas of agricultural technology and farming systems. The content focuses on areas of interest to farm business, farming systems and agricultural technology management professionals, including:
- livestock and cropping systems;
- farming, applied ecology and environmental management systems;
- farm economics and financial issues;
- global perspectives of farming;
- farm management and decision making;
- human and/or social issues facing farmers and farming communities;
- sustainable farming systems.
AFBM is published continuously throughout the year and articles are subject to peer review by experts in the field. Articles published will have been scrutinized by two recognised expert referees, and by the Editors.
