UNE has launched a revised version of the compulsory Academic Integrity Module (AIM) that has been updated throughout to include information on GenAI and academic integrity. It follows the same format as the previous AIM of learning modules (developed by Epigeum, an external partner), with quizzes to check the understanding of the material. 

Will existing students have to re-do the new AIM for Trimester 2?

Yes! The previous AIM badge remained valid for a transition period throughout Trimester 1, but will cease to be valid after Friday, 20th June. Students will have to have completed the new AIM (and have been awarded the new AIM badge) to submit assignment in Trimester 2.

What do I need to do?

You will need to re-do the AIM quizzes before Trimester 2 2025 to remain current. This can be done at any point between now and the start of T2.
