The Teaching and Learning Centre provides services to staff and students of the University. It promotes excellence in teaching and learning with an emphasis on off-campus and flexible learning.

Mission statement

The mission of the Teaching and Learning Centre is to support the achievement of the vision and goals of the University of New England. Services provided by the Teaching and Learning Centre are directed at sustaining UNE’s position as a leader in distance education, developing flexible approaches to teaching and learning and enhancing teaching and learning across the University. The Centre works to promote a culture of excellence in teaching and learning through collaboration with University individuals and groups.
