The School of Environmental and Rural Science at the University of New England (UNE)  will be presenting the inaugural Agricultural and Environmental Science Teachers’ Professional Development Conference to be held on Thursday 1 March to Sunday 4 March 2012.

The objective of the conference is to highlight current research and new technologies in agriculture and environmental science whilst showcasing the facilities UNE has on offer. Sessions will be presented by current UNE postgraduate students, lecturers and industry professionals.

The conference will be a great opportunity to gain knowledge in the latest research that is taking place at UNE, the Australian and international agricultural industry and the environmental science sphere. It will also allow teachers from around the country to interact, share experiences and to create life-long networks.
