There will be a free barbeque, a bake sale, and live music from the talented Ash Baker to follow. The ’Stro bar will also be open. Please join us at The ’Stro from 12 noon today, Wednesday 1st May.

Blue Stockings Week is a celebration of women’s involvement in higher education and intellectual life. We’ve come a long way from the days when the first women to attend lectures were remonstrated by their colleagues and condemned by wider society for their “un-womanly” behaviour. Come along and celebrate with us!  If you would like to know more about UNEWS please email us at managementunews@gmail.com Looking forward to seeing you there,  Amelia Roberts.
