To Whom It May Concern:
I had to withdraw without penalty last year due to my brother’s horrific death. I love studying at UNE and I am keen to get back into my studies.
My password and username still works but when I attempted to log on and register for the unit PSYC07 a message came up that my B.Soc.Sc. was inactive.
So I spoke with Alex at the Student Centre who had told me that my Degree would be reactivated by the 4pm Queensland (my time) and I should then be able to enroll in PSYC307.
Associate Professor Dr. Nicola Shutte said that I was welcome to join her external PSYC307 online class, for 2012, and she was prepared to give you any documentation if required.
The problem is I am still unable to activate the online enrolment and I know that the cut off date is at 12pm (11pm, my time).
I would deeply appreciate it if you could please assist me in enrolling as it is not my fault that the system will not let me in.
Yours sincerely,
Kerry Dinté

Hi,
I have tried to forward emails to another email address in the past, but none of my attachments were sent on. Is there a way to prevent this error?
Cheers,
Angie.
