EXAM PREP: It’s all about balance

As your exams approach don’t forget to take some time to ’smell the roses’.
Make sure you get some fresh air, exercise, good food and decent sleep - from now until it’s all over for the year.
Remember it’s all about balancing the demands of study with a happy and healthy lifestyle and making sure you don’t get run down and sick coming up to crunch time.
