EXAMS: Quick update; things to consider

A couple of quick things you need to remember about exams - From Kylie in the Examinations Unit:

“If you have end of semester exams, you would have already received an email to your UNE email account advising you that your personalised exam timetable is now available online in myUNE.
To access your online exam timetable, log into myUNE as usual, select the ‘myInfo’ tab and then click on the link called ‘My Examination Details’. This screen will list each exam that you have, the date and start time and the name of your exam centre.

Click on the exam centre code which is a link to full details and instructions relevant to your particular exam venue.  It is very important that you read all of this carefully as some external exam centres have slightly different start times, or you are required to contact the exam supervisor prior to your exams.

Exam venues do change so make sure you read the current info and do not assume that your exam venue will be the same as last semester.

General exam information is also available in these screens, so take the time to read through to ensure that you know what to expect.

It is very important that you check your UNE email account regularly.  We have had a number of cases where people have missed exams as they did not read their UNE email account. Unfortunately, there are no concessions made if the reason you miss your exam is due to not reading your email or exam timetable in myUNE.  We no longer send hard copy exam advice.”

  1. As an international student I know that I have to pay a fee in Aus$s for the Exam but I cannot find any details of when, how much and where I must pay.

  2. Hi Henry,

That’s a good question - let me do some research for you and I’ll let everyone know.
