Hi, thanks for your tips. I already have a mild anxiety disorder and uni always makes it worse. Finding it really difficult to get through these last few weeks as there is always a lot to do. My brain feels like it has already shut down and burnt out. I am trying to balance full time uni via distance and have three small children, so I get quite overwhelmed at times. Thankyou for tips.
Hi Kylie
I agree, at times we do feel there is a lot of stress and pressure. It is usually brought forward when we start to think of how much there is to do, for uni, work etc. But I have always countered this stress (or feelings of stress), which I believe is triggered by our own thoughts –( thoughts of fear, uncertainty etc) by being and thinking in the PRESENT. This may be achieved by not venturing to deep and thinking about what needs doing, tackling or completion in the future. Thus once you reach that thing (it may be anything) you will be ready to tackle it without the stress, anxiety etc..
Once this is achieved, in my experience the stress, anxiety, tiredness tends to disappear over time.
Take care and all the best.
