VC announces Environmental Competition
Posted on July 30, 2008 by ED
As some of you may already know UNE has been a signatory to the Talloires Declaration for environmental sustainability since 2005. Signing the Declaration means that UNE explicitly agrees to promote environmental education, ecological sustainability and adoption of “green” principles at this university.
To promote environmental sustainability through engaging undergraduate and postgraduate students in the quest for a more sustainable UNE , all students are invited to put forward ideas for what it means for UNE to be environmentally sustainable.Â
