The best way to make a University enquiry is through our ASK UNE service (again click on the icon on the UNE homepage or the link in my blogroll)

    Courses with online content will go live on Monday (28th July) - sometimes all the information will be in the online format. If you are having difficulties getting to your materials or if it states in the course material that you should have received a cd in the mail for example please contact your course co-ordinator. Another tip is to check your enrolment is correct (when you log in with your UNE username and password on monday it should give you access to the correct units)
    If in doubt click on the ASK UNE icon on the UNE homepage and get clarification
