Who do I contact about what …
Well that’s a good question. There’s so many people around campus handling so many different parts of your Uni life that it’s hard to know who to talk too. So here’s a quick guide to who’s who and who handles what.
Go to the ACADEMIC SKILLS OFFICE if you’re having difficulty getting your assignments in on time or finding academic referencing difficult.
Go to STUDENT ASSIST if you need to talk to a counsellor, need advice with your career options, you have a disability (at any time) and need extra support.
If you’re an international student and want to change your course or have visa questions, visit INTERNATIONAL SERVICES.
If you’re having difficulties with your enrolment or course contact the STUDENT CENTRE.
Parking Tickets are available from SAFETY & SECURITY.
If you haven’t got a student ID card (and most new students will get one as part of the Orientation Week program), go to UNE ID CARDS.
I’ll keep adding to this list and issues arise, but if there’s something you need me to add to the list, email me at studentexperience@une.edu.au.
See you in Orientation Week.
