The New England Award application at www.une.edu.au/mynea will be undergoing maintenance Thursday 16th May and will be available by 11am.
ITD will be performing maintenance on University IT systems and services this Saturday, 18th May 2013. The full-day maintenance will commence from 6am and will complete by 6pm, as a result, a number of systems and services will be briefly unavailable during this period.
This maintenance window does not include work on Moodle – the online learning system will continue to be available throughout the day from the direct link at http://moodle.une.edu.au
Online Admission and Online Enrolment (via MyUNE) will be available for most of most of the day but may be unavailable for brief periods as systems are updated and restarted.
No network work is scheduled – the on-campus network will remain available throughout the day (including the colleges)

The timetable and web room booking service is unavailable between 9am and 4pm Tuesday 7th May 2013 while essential system maintenance takes place. During this time no one can access the system, including the time table and room booking staff. We thank you for your patience while this takes place.
There will be a brief outage of Ereserve (including past exam papers) in the next hour whilst it undergoes maintenance. The system will be restored by 4pm.
We are currently experiencing problems with the MyUnits portlet in MyUNE and Moodle is currently not accessible through MyUNE.
Please access Moodle directly at http://moodle.une.edu.au while we are working on the problem.
We are currently experiencing problems with the automatic sync of Office 365 student email to mobile devices (phones, iPads) and email clients (Outlook etc).
While we are working on the problem, please access emails from the Office 365 website at http://access.myune.edu.au.
Update – 3pm: This problem has now been resolved.

We are currently experiencing some problems with the UNE website – some pages don’t load, others are only partially displayed.
We are working on the issue and are hoping to have it resolved soon.
