There are two maintenance events happening next week that will impact IT systems availability; the first by our Moodle provider, Netspot on Friday evening 17th January; and the second our regular maintenance event on Saturday 18th January 2014.

 A FULL outage of Moodle will commence at 10:30pm (AEST) on Friday 17th January and be complete by 2:30am (AEST) on Saturday 18th January 2014.

 The regular maintenance will commence from 6am Saturday and will complete by 6pm Saturday. 

For staff:  Staff should expect intermittent outage of all services for from 6am to 6pm Saturday 18th. Moodle should be available to staff on Saturday 18th after 2:30am. Note that the phone system will also experience disruption.

For Students: Moodle and Student email (Office 365) will NOT be affected on Saturday 18th after 2:30am AEST.

These events are one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.
