Issue: Building C017 Security Office to be closed all day. All enquires to be directed to Building B89 Security Office located on Elm Drive.

Dixson Library New Security Office
As part of our commitment to improving the quality of UNE’s on-campus experience, FMS are co-locating a Safety and Security service desk within the Dixson Library. This will greatly enhance the ease of access to a range of Safety and Security services such as ID cards, parking administration and lost property. Students, and staff alike, will be able to access the Library, IT, Student Central and Safety and Security service desks from one convenient location in the Learning Commons. The service desk will be open for business, in line with Dixson Library opening hours, on Thursday 12th December 2013.
High Demand Periods
During high demand periods such as orientation week and the commencement of each Trimester the following additional arrangements will be in place:
Day Students, Staff & Visitors – A secondary temporary security office, purely for the purpose of ID cards and parking permits, will be setup in Study Room 2 on the Dixson Library ground Floor.
Campus College Students – Are to be directed to B89 for ID cards & parking permits.

This is a reminder to all staff & students organizing activities and marketing materials beyond this date, to correctly reference the new office location in Building C031 – Dixson Library Ground Floor.
