There is an issue with UNE students and staff logging into Proquest, which supplies some journal articles for students and staff, and some e-reserve articles.
IT has escalated this to the Proquest Liaison, however this issue may not be resolved till Monday.
On-campus Library Printing:
Library workstations in the common are reporting “Failed to obtain workstation license” from the Equitrac Client. This is a known issue caused by the workstation being effected by Server changes, however this was unexpected.
This issue will remain unresolved till Monday, when Library IT Staff unlock and update the images, however in the mean-time students who wish to print may approach the Library or IT Staff in Dixson Library for help.
