RESOLVED: Access to TurnItIn reports – Wednesday, 2nd May

Update: Thursday, 31st May

We believe that the TII self-checks are now fixed – you can now go back to the normal self-check process via the TII block to the right of your Moodle assignment submission.

Please contact the IT Service Desk on 02 6773 5000 or 1800 763 040 (servicedesk@une.edu.au)  if you are still experiencing any further problems with the self-check

 

Update: Wednesday, 9th May

We are still working on the issue. Please remember that the TII self-check is optional and you can submit your assignment without doing a self-check first.

However, if you do want to check, the old TII self-check in our previous submission system is still available at http://tlcadmin.une.edu.au/esubmission/check and can be used as an alternative.

Update: Monday, 7th May. The problem remains unresolved. We are still working on the issue.

There is an ongoing problem with accessing TurnItIn self-check (student) reports.

We hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
