The Service Desk had a number of calls from staff and students who received a “phishing” email pretending to come from UNE IT and encouraging you to email your username and password back to a non-UNE email address.

This email is a spoof – do not respond to it. Instead, ignore and delete it.

UNE will never ask for you user details by email.

If you have any questions, please contact the IT Service Desk on servicedesk@une.edu.au
