The Service Desk had a number of calls from staff and students who received a “phishing” email pretending to come from UNE IT and encouraging you to email your username and password back to a non-UNE email address.

This email is a spoof – do not respond to it. Instead, ignore and delete it.

UNE will never ask for you user details by email.

We are currently experiencing problems with some of our servers and as a result some UNE databases and websites such as the UNE homepage and MyUNE ar slow to respond.

We are working on a solution are hoping to be back to normal speed soon.

If you would like to access your Moodle S2 units, you can go directly to Moodle at http://moodle.une.edu.au and should be able to access the units from there.
