RESOLVED: Problem accessing Sakai via MyUNE – Wednesday, 27th April, 9pm

We are currently experiencing problems with access to Sakai via the MyUNE portal – the icons linking to the units are not visible in the MyStudy tab.

If you are experiencing this problem, please use the link below to access Sakai directly.

If the direct link does not work, please contact the IT Service Desk on servicedesk@une.edu.au with a description of the problem and include any error messages.

Location:   St Marks Chapel W036 and St Marks Chapel Childcare, EBL Buildings (W037, W038, W039, W040, W042), ABRI Building (W041) and Sports Union Buildings 

Issue:  Water  shutdown

Reason:  Repair leaking water valve

RESOLVED: Problems with online system (Blackboard, Esubmission) – Monday, 18th April, 10.30

Update 2.45 pm: The problem has now been resolved and all online systems are working as normal.

Update at midday: The esubmission system is avaialble directly at http://une.edu.au/esubmission. Blackboard, however, continues to be problematic.

We are still working on the problem.

Update at 11.45am: This problem is still ongoing.

___

We are currently experiencing problems with some of our online systems – including Blackboard and Esubmission.

Access to Sakai via http://sakai.une.edu.au as well as other websites (MyUNE, email) does not appear to be affected.

We are working on the problem and are hoping to have it resolved soon

UNE Web Cluster Services Unavailable

We are currently experiencing problems with UNE web cluster services , and as a result staff and students will be unable to access myUNE, or the Staff wiki.

For students, the direct link to Blackboard or Saki will get you acces to your units.

For Blackboard units this is:

For Sakai units this is:
http://sakai.une.edu.au

We are working on the problem an are hoping to have it resolved soon.
