Esubmission confirmation emails not being sent out

We are currently experiencing a problem where the esubmission system does not send out confirmation emails to UNE accounts after a submission is received. You will see a submission ID on screen after successful submission and can review the submission from the main esub screen after submission.

The problem is being investigated; apologies for the incovenience caused.
