    Photo Album Updated!

    Hi Robbers,

    The online Photo Album has been updated with photographs from 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2006 check out the online page for new photos around the college; especially the July 2008 snow photographs that the college took during midsemmester. The snow was quite amazing! In summary the album contains the following:

    During the year we will be updating the album with 2009 photographs.     New Printing System Confusion

    Hey guys,

    The new printing system has arrived at all the colleges and university wide – including the Dixon Library and Robb! Please refer to the ITD booklet found here to setup your UNE Student Card with the system. Printed copies of the booklet are available and are kept with the new Multi-Functional Devices, please refer to them when setting up your UNE Student Card, and please do not remove the booklets from the computer lab or office.

    Currently the costs for students are:

    Printing and copying charged at:
    $0.12 per A4 black&white, and
    $0.24 per A3 b&w and A4 colour.

    Scanning to email is free of charge.

    Please refer to the UNE ITD website for additional help by click here or alternatively call extension 5000 for printing help.

    In simple English the once off steps to use your UNE Student Card are:

    1. If you have not changed your password this year (2008) using MyUNE (http://my.une.edu.au/) you will need to change your password.
    2. Enter your UNE Username using the keyboard and press ‘Enter’ when complete.

      Note: special characters, such as ‘!’, ‘@’ $ etc can be accessed the following two ways:
      A. Hold down the shift button and press the number key that corresponds to your character.
      B. If your character is not displayed on the keyboard press and release the ‘Hold’ button to display an onscreen list of all characters. Use the ‘F1’ and ‘F2’ buttons to move left and right then press ‘Enter’ to select the character. Press ‘Hold’ to return to the password screen.

    3. Enter your UNE password using the keyboard and press ‘Enter’ when complete.
    4. Press ‘F3’ button to select ‘More’.
    5. Press ‘F1’ button to select ‘PINs’.
    6. Swipe your UNE Student Card again.
    7. Swipe your UNE Student Card again to confirm your PIN.
    8. Once ‘PIN update complete’ is displayed press ‘F2’ to end your interactions!

    Please note: If steps 6 and 7 do not work your UNE Student Card may be faultily and will be replaced free of charge. Contact the Robb College office or ITD if this occurs for help.
