    Wednesday’s meal

    Lunch- Chicken burgers & chips or salad bar
    Dinner- Traditional beef lasagne
    Vego Dinner- Mediterranean veggie lasagne
    Vegetables- Potato wedges, chilli sauce, sour scream and gourmet salads
    Dessert- Blueberry muffins

    Thursday’s meal

    Lunch- Salad bar, gourmet salads with gourmet bread
    Dinner- Backed fish or veal scaloppini with creamy boscaioli sauce
    Vego Dinner- Eggplant & fetta cheese stacks with tomato salsa & basil
    Vegetables- Potato wedges, chilli sauce, sour scream and gourmet salads
    Dessert- Jelly & fresh cream

    Friday’s meal

    Lunch- Tempura battered fish fillets & chips or spring rolls
    Dinner- Roasted veggies & pesto or seafood or marina or canbonara
    Vego Dinner- Eggplant & fetta cheese stacks with tomato salsa & basil
    Vegetables- Salads: Caesar, mushroom, tuna, tomato & basil and garden
    Dessert- Pineapple & coconut pudding

    Saturday’s meal

    Lunch- Salad bar
    Dinner- Roasted veggies & pesto or seafood or marina or canbonara
    Vego Dinner- Eggplant & fetta cheese stacks with tomato salsa & basil
    Vegetables- Salads: Caesar, mushroom, tuna, tomato & basil and garden
    Dessert- Apple tart & custard

    Sunday’s meal

    Lunch- Salad bar
    Dinner- Roast beef and demi glace
    Vego Dinner- Sundried tomato & onion risotto with parmesan
    Vegetables- Roast: potato, pumpkin, kumera and peas
    Dessert- Ice cream & fudge sauce

    Monday’s meal

    Lunch- Idatho potoato with creamy bacon, cheese, chives & tomato & olive
    Dinner- Thai green chicken curry
    Vego Dinner- Indonesian chickpea curry
    Vegetables- Stir fry: carrot, leet, onion, capsicum & bokchoy or rice
    Dessert- Cheese and fresh fruit platters

    Tuesday’s meal

    Lunch- Salad bar, Gourmet salads with gourmet bread
    Dinner- Sweet chilli lamb, asian vege & hokkien noodles or chicken
    Vego Dinner- Singapore noddles
    Vegetables- Chats, vegetable medley or garden salad
    Dessert- Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
