The project is an evaluation of a supported Indigenous Housing programme. We need:

1: someone to do service provider interviews with those delivering an Indigenous Housing support programme to Indigenous families in the Tamworth area AND to interview staff in other agencies about their experiences with the programme. Some interviews can be done by phone but if interviewees prefer face-to-face then travel to Tamworth will be required.

AND

2: we need an Indigenous researcher to interview client families. Families are vulnerable, and all Indigenous, and the interviewer will need to travel to meet with families these families are located around the Tamworth area and a little further afield. Ideally we are looking for someone who has links to the area

This year O Week begins on the 18th Feburary. Oorala Aboriginal Centre will be holding a welcome BBQ on Wednesday the 20th Feburary with infomation and Q&A sessions involving Teach NSW, the UNE Scholarship Office and Centrelink afterwards. Come along and say hi, we’d love to meet you.
