Polymer/Colloid Chemistry
A PhD Scholarship in the form of an Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) is available in the field of polymer chemistry/polymer colloids at The Centre for Advanced Macromolecular Design (CAMD). Available projects: (i) Synthesis of well-defined polymer and polymeric nano-objects in environmentally friendly emulsion-based systems by use of carbon dioxide; (ii) Synthesis of graphene-based high performance nanocomposite materials using aqueous dispersed polymerization systems. The successful candidate must hold 1st Class Honours in a relevant discipline (or 1st Class Honours equivalent experience) and be an Australian Citizens or hold permanent residency.
