We’re looking for…

• Students with a commerce or accounting degree with information systems or computer science electives
• Students with an information systems or computer science degree with commerce or accounting electives
• Students with a double degree in information systems/computer science and commerce/accounting

Our Banking Graduate Program

We know you are keen to start adding value to our business and our development program will lay the foundations needed for you to build a career with us.  You’ll take part in an 18 month program with a focus on developing core skills; gaining exposure to a number of key industry areas such as grain, beef and sugar.

As an Agribusiness Graduate you will assist in the delivery of key project initiatives within your rotations, through participation in ‘buddy mentoring’, networking events and collaboration with experienced leaders.

Who are we seeking?

You’ll possess an inherent passion for working with the land and a natural flair for relating to our rural customers; coupled with this passion you’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication and solid relationship management skills, which will help in building strong relationships across all levels of Suncorp and with external stakeholders. As an enthusiastic and motivated individual, you’ll have an exceptional eye for detail and a proactive approach to working with others, to exceed expectations in effectively delivering to the needs of your rural partners and community.
