My second post. I’m delerious with joy because I’ve finished my computer assignment.  Now I’ve started the English assignment.  For the first part, I’ve broken it down into as many separate tasks as possible, so that I won’t feel overwhelmed.  Today’s task is to read a previous assignment and make notes as to good ideas.

I’m doing well with resigning from other comitments, but have unwisely accepted a book challenge from my son (he does a book challenge, so thought I should).  I should watch that.

and a discussion about Critical Literacy versus…..ummmm, ‘going with the text’ is going on on the English noticeboard.

Procrastination

Actually, maybe that should be the title of my whole blog!  Notwithstanding, I did some study yesterday, on a project looking at the ASMS (Australian Science and Mathematics School - a cool, new wave school out at Flinders Uni), so all is not gloomy. I’m about to resign from some more commitments that have crept up on me since the beginning of this year.

Also on the positive side, I’ve started a wiki with wikispaces.com for my ESL students. So far, that’s going well.
