Welcome to UNE and the start of your university life!!

Embarking on life as a university student is a major transition point. It will bring a host of new experiences, and the opportunity to begin exploring the big questions, ‘who am I?’ and ‘what do I want to do in my life?’

During your first year, make time for:

  • Reflection: Who am I? What am I passionate about? What do I want to do in my life?
  • Identification: What are my strengths? What do I still need to learn?
  • Articulation: What sort of career do I want?

You actually have less time than you think  - you may be just starting your studies, but you need to be skilled and ready to apply for graduate positions in the first term of your final year - that could be less than 2 years away.
