I have Telstra internet, mobile and home phone. They are really annoying me so I am looking around for a decent mobile or wireless broadband provider. Does anyone have any advice on Optus or Vodaphone mobile broadband? Or any other provider? The only way I can get to telstra and show them I am unhappy is to leave. Their complaints department is a waste of time. They are such a big company that they do not need to worry about individual customers!
