UNE Library Customer Survey 2007

Saturday, September 15th, 2007

UNE Library SurveyHave your say with the chance to win an iPod!

Please let us know how well the University Library is meeting your study and research needs.

We are running a Web-based survey on your satisfaction with Library Communication, Service Quality, Service Delivery, Facilities & Equipment, Library Staff and the Virtual Library. You are asked to rate our performance and the importance of each item to you. The survey was previously run in 2002, 2003 and 2005. Your responses will enable us to track progress and make further improvements. The survey is also used by a number of other university libraries in Australia and New Zealand and this enables us to benchmark our results against theirs.

The survey covers use of Dixson Library and the Law Library and is relevant to in-person or remote use although those who only use the library remotely may not be able to answer the questions relating to facilities and equipment.

Much of the development in the Library has been in response to feedback received in previous surveys. A summary of results and plans for improvement in response to your input will be posted on this Blogspot.

If you are 18 years old or older please complete the survey now so that we can continue to improve library services. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Further information, including details of UNE Human Research Ethics Committee approval, is given at the above web page. Many thanks.Julia Leong
Information Services Manager (jleong2@une.edu.au)

Please note the Survey period is over. We will announce the winner of the iPod competition soon.
