Here are the firstĀ steps to take if you feel you are being bullied;….
1. ask the bully if there is a problem that can be rectified - if this is too tricky go to number 2
2. Talk to a trusted friend or a lecturer or support staff member
3. Have a think about the situation and reflect on how you are feeling or how a particular person can make you feel - you could even write it down.
